A Hennepin County jury has convicted Margot Lewis, 33, of two counts of second-degree murder in the death of Liaria Tsai, a Minneapolis DJ, whose body was found in a crashed vehicle on I-90 near Eyota in June 2024.
Prosecutors presented evidence including security footage of Lewis driving Tsai’s car, a bloody scene at Tsai’s apartment, and the disappearance of a knife.
An autopsy confirmed Tsai died from multiple sharp-force injuries.
