Firefly Aerospace posted a larger quarterly loss and lower revenue, citing industry challenges, but kept its full-year forecast.
Firefly Aerospace reported a wider second-quarter loss of $5.78 per share, up from $4.60 per share a year earlier, with revenue dropping 26.2% to $15.55 million.
The company, which went public in August, cited ongoing aerospace sector challenges, including launch delays and shifting demand.
Despite the financial setbacks, Firefly maintained its full-year revenue forecast of $133 million to $145 million and continues advancing its Alpha rocket program and commercial launch efforts.
The results led to a drop in after-hours trading.
