Christopher Mahon’s sentencing delayed to Nov. 17 due to alcohol treatment; he pleaded guilty to public exposure charges causing alarm.
Christopher Mahon, 55, of Worcester, has had his sentencing delayed for a second time after pleading guilty to two public exposure charges on April 18 and 25, 2025, with the court hearing he acted to cause alarm or distress.
Originally scheduled for September 8 and then September 22, the hearing was postponed again on September 22 due to Mahon undergoing residential treatment for alcohol addiction, expected to last until November 12.
The case, involving a pre-sentence report, will now be sentenced on November 17 at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court.
