A carbon-capture foam from waste CO₂ powers eco-friendly bra cups, cutting emissions and advancing sustainable fashion.

A new sustainable foam made from captured carbon dioxide is used in Fullstride Ventures’ carboncup™ bra cups, reducing carbon emissions and fossil fuel use. Waste CO₂ is converted into eNaphtha by Infinium at its Texas facility, then transformed into polyethylene by Borealis for high-performance foam. The material matches traditional foam in comfort and durability, works with existing manufacturing and recycling systems, and is ISCC PLUS certified. This collaboration marks a key step toward circularity in fashion, turning industrial waste into valuable products and advancing decarbonization in the apparel and plastics industries.
