The 2025 B.C. and Yukon Book Prizes, awarded on September 21 in Vancouver, honored literary excellence from British Columbia and the Yukon. Terri-Lynn Williams-Davidson and Robert Davidson won the Roderick Haig-Brown Regional Prize for *A Haida Wedding*, while Li Charmaine Anne and Julie Morstad took the children’s literature prizes for *Crash Landing* and *A Face Is a Poem*. Sarah Leavitt earned the Jim Deva Prize for *Something, Not Nothing*, and Dana Claxton and Dr. Curtis Collins won the Bill Duthie Booksellers’ Choice Award for *Curve!*. Fred Wah received the Lieutenant-Governor’s Award for Literary Excellence, and Linda Johnson was honored with the Borealis Prize for her contributions to Yukon’s literary and Indigenous storytelling communities.
