Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu awarded Outstanding Public Service Award by Hindu College's alumni group on Sept. 21, 2025.
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu received the 'Outstanding Public Service Award' from the Old Students Association of Hindu College, New Delhi, during its 20th Distinguished Alumni Awards on September 21, 2025.
The award, recognizing exceptional contributions to governance and society, was accepted on his behalf by fellow alumnus Nalong Mize.
Khandu dedicated the honor to the people of Arunachal Pradesh, expressing gratitude for their support and highlighting progress in infrastructure, education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and environmental sustainability under his leadership.
The OSA praised his role in advancing the vision of Viksit Arunachal and Viksit Bharat.
Other honorees included filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, Supreme Court Judge Manmohan Malhotra, and Rajiv Nayyar, who received a lifetime achievement award.
