Turkish authorities detained 97 suspects in 39 operations nationwide targeting the Gulen movement, with 16 formally arrested and 27 under judicial control, according to Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya.

Since the current cabinet took office, Turkey has detained 19,025 individuals suspected of ties to the movement and formally arrested 3,512.
