Starting September 29, Center Parcs in the UK will introduce staggered entry times at all five of its holiday parks, including Whinfell Forest in Cumbria, to reduce traffic congestion.
Guests staying in Forest Lodges, Hotels, and Apartments can access their lodges from 3 p.m., unless they purchased early arrival for access at 1 p.m.
Visitors may still arrive from 10 a.m., park in designated areas, and enjoy amenities like the Subtropical Swimming Paradise and cycle hire while waiting.
Hot tubs will be ready by around 4 p.m.
The change is part of a nationwide effort to improve guest experience and site management.
