A Kentucky man was arrested for allegedly possessing large amounts of drugs and firearms.
A 35-year-old man from Hardy, Kentucky, James Hardesty, was arrested by Kentucky State Police after a search of his home uncovered approximately 23.5 pounds of marijuana, nearly 200 grams of fentanyl, six ounces of psilocybin mushrooms, 35 bottles of liquid THC, nearly 2,200 THC edibles, 22 firearms, drug paraphernalia, and about $1,500 in cash.
He faces multiple trafficking and possession charges, including first- and second-degree trafficking in controlled substances, and is being held at the Pike County Detention Center.
The investigation remains ongoing.
