Thousands attended the fourth-annual Crowfest in downtown Chatham-Kent, a free, family-friendly summer celebration featuring live performances, busking, and daring acts like the high-diving Flying Fools from Montreal, who leapt from heights up to 25 meters into a small pool.
The multi-day event included aerial artists, illusionists, comedy hypnotist shows, and a live game show, concluding with a popular after-party.
Organizers, including Mayor Darrin Canniff and co-chair Andrew Thiel, highlighted growing attendance, volunteer contributions, and strong community support, with plans to expand the festival in its fifth year by attempting five world records.
Sponsors included Entegrus, Waste Connections of Canada, Abstract Marketing, and the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.
