Surveillance footage showed her vehicle strike the passenger side of another car while the victim was inside, causing significant damage. No injuries were reported, and Larkin, who had two children in her car at the time, was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. Investigators confirmed the victim and Larkin knew each other, and the case remains under investigation. She appeared in bond court on September 19 and was granted a $25,000 bond.
