Held on the Theresienwiese meadow, the 16-day event runs through October 5 and is expected to draw six to seven million visitors. Attendees enjoy beer tents, amusement rides, traditional Bavarian attire, music, and food. Favorable weather, with temperatures reaching up to 30°C, greeted the opening weekend. Known locally as the Wiesn, the festival remains a major global cultural celebration rooted in Bavarian tradition.
