A man was arrested in downtown Bozeman after allegedly pointing a firearm at two people from a second-story balcony on E Main Street around 3:45 p.m. Police responded to a weapons disturbance, secured the building, evacuated about 11 people, and located the suspect, who admitted to aiming the gun and spitting toward the individuals. The man was taken into custody on criminal endangerment charges with no injuries reported. Authorities confirmed the situation was resolved safely and urged the public to report suspicious activity.
