Fauzan Alavi of Allanasons said India has the potential to become a global food supplier, citing its agricultural resources, expanding exports to nearly 70 countries, and growing role in feeding markets like Africa.
Speaking at a high-level India-UAE meeting in Abu Dhabi, he highlighted the impact of the India-UAE CEPA, which boosted non-oil trade to nearly $38 billion in early 2025—a 34% rise from 2024.
