As of September 20, 2025, the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) oil and gas fields in the Caspian Sea have produced over 613 million tons of oil and 239 billion cubic meters of gas since 1994. The Azeri-Central-Eastern (ACE) project, approved in 2019 and achieving first oil in 2024, has contributed 1.4 million tons of oil and 228 million cubic meters of gas. ACG’s production is shared among international partners, with BP (30.37%) and SOCAR (31.65%) as key stakeholders. Daily oil output averaged 44,000 tons in the first eight months of 2025, with exports totaling 327,000 barrels per day. The project supports Azerbaijan’s energy development and regional reconstruction efforts.
