A La Crosse man was arrested for violating a no-contact order and assaulting officers and a nurse during his arrest.
A 24-year-old La Crosse man, Devon Knapp, was arrested on September 17 after allegedly violating a no-contact order, leading to a violent confrontation with four officers and a nurse.
During the arrest, Knapp resisted by biting, scratching, and kicking officers, injuring all four and breaking one officer’s watch.
