A £15,000 grant cuts a mature driver safety course to £20 for 300 people in West Mercia.
A subsidized road safety course for older drivers in Worcestershire and surrounding areas is available for £20 to the first 300 participants, down from £86.50, thanks to a £15,000 grant from West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner John Campion.
The Mature Driver Review, run by IAM RoadSmart and West Mercia Police’s Road Safety Team, offers a one-hour session with an Approved Driving Instructor in the driver’s own car on familiar roads.
The program aims to boost confidence and improve driving safety for mature motorists.
