Apple India has expanded its Mumbai office space in the Bandra-Kurla Complex, renewing leases on multiple floors and adding new space on the 10th floor and terrace, totaling 37,549 square feet across five floors.
The lease, effective January 2025, includes a five-year lock-in and a monthly rent of ₹2.55 crore starting June 2026, with a 4% annual increase.
This move supports Apple’s growing presence in India, including retail stores in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, and its broader strategy to expand manufacturing and operations in the country.
