Vivo is set to launch its X300 and X300 Pro flagship smartphones powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 processor, featuring a 200-megapixel Zeiss main sensor, 1.5K 120Hz LTPO display, and advanced video capabilities including 4K 60fps cinematic portrait recording. The X300 Pro includes Vivo's V3+ imaging chip and ultrasonic fingerprint 2.0, with support for 90W charging and USB 3.2. The devices may debut in China on October 13, 2025, aiming to rival Apple’s iPhone 17 lineup with superior camera features and a file-sharing system akin to AirDrop.
