Lee Evans, a 50-year-old security guard from Halesowen, died after suffering a stroke while riding his motorbike home from work at Tata Steel in Wednesfield on September 4.
He was taken to New Cross Hospital, where he passed away on September 7.
A devoted husband, father of a 12-year-old daughter, and loving grandad, Evans was also a passionate motorbike enthusiast and volunteer with the Blood Bike charity.
