An 18-year-old man from Malvern, George Garner, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £120 after crashing his father's car following a night out at a Worcester nightclub.
He was found to have 60 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, above the legal limit of 35.
Garner pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol and was also ordered to pay £48 in victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
