Two arrested in UK immigration sweep; 38 vehicles inspected, 7 dangerous ones removed.

In Oldbury, West Midlands, two people were arrested on suspicion of immigration offenses during a 24-hour multi-agency traffic operation called OpAdvance. The effort led to seven dangerous vehicles being removed and 38 others stopped for inspection. Officers also found 12 illegally tinted windows, eight illegal number plates, vehicles with dangerous tires, no MOT, unlicensed drivers, uninsured cars, overloaded vehicles, and a broken indicator. One person was additionally detained on suspicion of burglary.
