Irish house prices rose 7.5% annually in July 2025, slightly down from 7.9% the previous month, according to the Central Statistics Office.
The median property price was €374,999, with Dublin prices up 6% and those outside Dublin rising 8.7%.
The highest median price was €675,000 in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, while Donegal and Leitrim had the lowest at €195,000.
The most expensive area was Blackrock (A94) at €795,000, and Castlerea (F45) the least at €150,000.
Total transaction value in July was €2.1 billion.
