PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), in partnership with Indonesia's Ministry of Housing and Qatari firm Al Qilaa International Group, will build 50,000 vertical housing units in Jakarta using the Transit-Oriented Development model.
The project, part of Indonesia’s Three Million Homes Program, aims to provide affordable, quality housing on KAI-owned land, incorporating smart technology, schools, and playgrounds.
Construction will be led by a consortium including China Communications Construction Company and PT Risjadson Land, with Epic Property handling marketing.
