Speaking at a New Delhi conference marking Prime Minister Modi’s 75th birthday, organized by the Narendra Modi Study Centre, Shukla praised Modi’s transformative leadership over the past 11 years.
He highlighted key initiatives like GST Council consensus and the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, which expanded banking access, and shared that he launched a "Drug-Free Himachal" campaign inspired by the PM’s vision, now discussed in nearly every panchayat.
Shukla also released seven books on Modi’s life and work during the event.
