Glasgow’s The Gannet, a celebrated restaurant on Argyle Street, has announced its closure after 12 years, with its final service on New Year's Eve. The owners, Ivan Stein, Peter McKenna, and Peter Read, expressed gratitude to staff, suppliers, and guests, citing a desire to pursue new ventures. A successor restaurant, Eleven Fifty-Five, is in development, with details to follow. All valid vouchers will be honored or transferred to the new location.
