A Georgia man sentenced to 52 months in prison defrauded Arizona’s Medicaid program of $6.5 million by billing for services never provided.
Kenneth Terrell Harrison, a Georgia man and owner of Aurtism LLC, a behavioral health counseling service, was sentenced to 52 months in prison for defrauding Arizona’s Medicaid agency, AHCCCS.
He admitted to concealing his criminal history and using patient identification numbers to bill for services never provided, resulting in over $6.5 million in fraudulent claims between January 2020 and October 2021.
In addition to his prison term, Harrison must pay $6.5 million in restitution and serve three years of supervised release.
