Several French companies—FDJ United, Valeo, Elior Group, and Renault—reported significant net short positions held by Marshall Wace LLP and Millennium International Management LP as of September 16, 2025, in compliance with EU Regulation (EU) No 236/2012. Positions ranged from 0.69% to 1.41% of shares, with the data publicly disclosed under the responsibility of the position holders and not reviewed by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
