A 24,000-cubic-meter concrete raft foundation for India’s tallest temple, set for completion on PM Modi’s birthday, is underway in Ahmedabad.
A massive temple raft foundation project is underway at Vishv Umiyadham in Ahmedabad, India, with Adani Cement providing 24,000 cubic meters of concrete and specialized chemicals.
The temple, set to be the world’s tallest at 504 feet, will span a 60-acre site and cost around 2,000 crore rupees.
Construction, including a skill university, hospital, hostel, and sports complex, is expected to be completed in two years and inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The record-breaking concrete raft foundation began on Engineer's Day and is scheduled for completion by September 17, coinciding with Modi’s birthday.
