Indian filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, known for his crime dramas, releases a new film titled "Nishaanchi," aiming to offer a fresh story distinct from his previous hit "Gangs of Wasseypur." Set in early 2000s Uttar Pradesh, the film features the acting debut of Aaishvary Thackeray, grandson of Balasaheb Thackeray, playing two roles. "Nishaanchi" is set to premiere in theaters on September 19, 2025.
