Three Madison County schools in Kentucky were placed on lockdown on September 11, 2025, after a threatening call was made to Madison Southern High School. Both Madison Southern High School and Foley Middle School were put on full lockdown, while nearby Shannon Johnson Elementary was placed on soft lockdown as a precaution.
