Employment Hero's report on New Zealand's SME employment shows stabilization with 1% year-on-year growth in 2025, rising to 2.4% in July.
Wages increased by 3.9%, and hours worked rose by 1.2% year-over-year.
However, 55% of New Zealanders believe working conditions are worsening.
