Kourtney Eutsey and Sarah Shipley face new charges after a child in their care was hospitalized with severe neglect.

Kourtney Eutsey and Sarah Shipley face additional charges for severe abuse and neglect after a 6-year-old child in their care was hospitalized with a reported BMI of zero. Four children were removed from their home following the death of 9-year-old Renesmay Eutsey, found dead in a river. The children are now in foster care outside Fayette County. Community members are calling for increased vigilance.
