Kansas City police are looking for 12-year-old Kobe Sims, last seen on September 7 around 11:45 a.m. near 30th St. and Benton Blvd. He is 5'2", weighs about 115 lbs, has brown hair, and was wearing blue shorts and a white T-shirt. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or the Kansas City Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at 816-234-5136.
