A 66-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run on the SR-99 off-ramp to Spokane Street in Seattle early Saturday morning. Seattle Department of Transportation received reports of an object on the off-ramp around 4 a.m., which was found to be an unresponsive man with a severe head injury. Police arrested a 53-year-old man connected to a damaged vehicle in the area. The Seattle Police Department is urging anyone with information to call them.
