Eduardo "Sugar" Nunez defended his IBF super featherweight title with a 12-round unanimous decision against Christopher "Pitufo" Diaz in Los Mochis, Mexico. Nunez won with scores of 117-109, 117-109, and 116-110. The fight saw intense exchanges, with Nunez knocking Diaz down twice in the seventh round. In the co-main event, Pedro Guevara and Alexis "Chapito" Molina fought to a 10-round draw. Another highlight was Yoali Mosqueda's sixth-round knockout of German "El Chile" Valenzuela.
