A 23-year-old woman died in a wrong-way crash on the Don Holt Bridge in North Charleston early Saturday.

A fatal wrong-way crash occurred on the Don Holt Bridge on Interstate 526 in North Charleston, South Carolina, early Saturday morning. The driver, a 23-year-old woman, was the only person in the vehicle and died at the scene. The North Charleston Police Department briefly closed the bridge but reopened all lanes shortly after 7 a.m. The Traffic Unit is investigating the incident.
