Two 17-year-olds have been arrested and charged as adults with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, a 21-year-old congressional intern killed by stray bullets in Washington D.C. on June 30.
Tarpinian-Jachym, an intern for Rep. Ron Estes, was an innocent bystander.
U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro announced the arrests and noted the suspects have prior violent records.
