Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency have issued several recalls this week, including Old Dutch chips sold at major grocers due to undeclared milk and carabiners sold through MEC and Amazon that pose a fall risk. Pistachio-containing products linked to a salmonella outbreak have also been recalled, along with a cannabis product and probiotics. The salmonella outbreak has led to 88 cases of illness and nine hospitalizations.
