Abbie Lynn Schagrin was arrested after being found asleep at the wheel with a crack pipe in her car on the Stuart Causeway Bridge. Her two young children were unrestrained in the back seat. Schagrin was under the influence of drugs or alcohol and charged with DUI refusal, drug paraphernalia possession, tampering with evidence, and child neglect. The children were released to family members.
