The Reserve Bank of India has approved the reappointment of Rama Subramaniam Gandhi as the non-executive chairman of Yes Bank, starting September 20, 2025, through May 13, 2027. Gandhi, with over 37 years of experience in central banking, previously served as the Deputy Governor of the RBI from 2014 to 2017 and has led the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology.
