On Saturday, a man died in Berkeley County, South Carolina, after his car crashed while trying to evade the police.
The incident happened around 12:45 a.m. on Clements Ferry Road, where the driver, in a 2005 Honda Accord, lost control, hit a pole, and a tree.
In a separate incident on Friday, a motorcyclist died in a three-vehicle collision on US Highway 17 near Pawleys Island, South Carolina.

The motorcyclist died later at a hospital.
Both incidents are under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
