The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has expressed concern over the low number of women judges in India's higher judiciary. La Asociación de Abogados de la Corte Suprema (SCBA, por sus siglas en inglés) ha expresado su preocupación por el bajo número de juezas mujeres en la alta judicatura de la India. Out of nearly 1,100 High Court positions, only 103 are held by women, and several High Courts have no female judges.
