The national safety score is 65%, with cities like Kohima, Visakhapatnam, and Bhubaneswar ranking as the safest, and Patna, Delhi, and Srinagar as the least safe. Harassment is underreported, with only 33% of victims reporting incidents, and 53% unaware of workplace anti-harassment policies. The report calls for stronger gender equity, policing, and civic participation to improve women's safety.
