Noah Cyrus, a rising country star and sister of Miley Cyrus, says she learned valuable lessons from observing her sister's music career, which guided her own path starting at age 15. Her latest album, "I Want My Loved Ones to Go with Me," released in July, is a family collaboration featuring songs connected to four generations of the Cyrus family. Noah will promote the album on a headlining tour starting September 12.
