ECUs Health and Acadia Healthcare have opened a new $85 million Behavioral Health Hospital in Greenville, North Carolina, set to start operations on September 24. The hospital, with over 140 beds, significantly expands mental health care capacity, serving adults, seniors, and children with conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD, as well as substance use disorders. It will also train medical students and residents, addressing the shortage of behavioral health professionals.
