The 34th annual Quad City Air Show at Davenport Municipal Airport drew thousands on its first day with performances by the Army's Golden Knights, a P-51 Mustang demo, Skip Stewart's biplane acrobatics, and a World War II Tora Tora Tora show. Attendees also enjoyed helicopter rides and vintage warplane exhibits. The event continued on Sunday with cooler temperatures and more performances, including the Thunderbirds.
