Virginia Roberts Giuffre, an accuser of Jeffrey Epstein, will publish her posthumous memoir, "Nobody's Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice," on October 21. Completed before her death in April, the book details her experiences with Epstein's sex trafficking ring, including interactions with Prince Andrew. Alfred A. Knopf, the publisher, states the memoir aims to highlight systemic failures enabling human trafficking.
