Three people are in critical condition after a suspected arson attack at a restaurant in Ilford, East London, on Friday around 9pm. Police, paramedics, and firefighters responded to the fire on Woodford Avenue, Gants Hill, where five people were rescued and nine others escaped before help arrived. The London Fire Brigade and Metropolitan Police are investigating the cause of the blaze. Five individuals were hospitalized, with three in life-threatening condition.
