Man arrested for suspected arson at O'Briens Pub; fire breaks out, all occupants safe.

A 37-year-old man from Barry was arrested after a fire broke out at the old O'Briens Pub on Holton Road early Friday morning. Emergency services extinguished the blaze using specialist equipment, and all occupants of the three-story building were accounted for. The man is suspected of arson with intent to endanger life.
